What are the differences between Coaching and Therapy?
Therapy, although not exclusively, deals with events from ones past that filter and distort present reality. Coaching focuses on setting and successfully reaching goals in the present. Coaching helps you create deep, vivid and active meaning - in the Now, in any or all areas of your life.
How does Life Coaching work?
The coaching relationship begins with a one-time only two hour Journey to Your Center session. This foundation session accelerates your self-understanding and allows the coach to gather information that will guide and expedite your most important goals.
Regular sessions are 50 minutes long, 2-4 times a month. Life coaching can be done by phone, or if you live in the Bloomington area and would prefer it, in person.

I believe that it is important for a potential client and I to see how we work together, to see if we are a good fit. The sample session is conducted over the telephone, lasts about 30 minutes, and is informative and fun! By the end of the session you will know if coaching is right for you and if you want me to be your coach.
